Todd is a native of Bartlesville and studied business management at the University of Oklahoma, where he was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. In 2003, he moved back home to Bartlesville to begin his career with a local financial planning firm. Todd's desire is to help clients excel in their financial journey. When he noticed that his values aligned with Tracye and Doug, he joined the Caughell Rodgers team in January 2019. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations.
Outside of the office, Todd spends time with his wife, Blair, and their three children: Addison, Parker, and Hudson. The family enjoys traveling, playing golf, lake time, and being outdoors.

Vickie was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Vickie joined them at Caughell Rodgers Investments in February 2002 as their client services associate, scheduling appointments and managing daily tasks (basically, keeping the office operating) for them.
Outside the office, Vickie enjoys spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Mike, love to travel to national parks where they can hike, bike, and go white water rafting.
